 The anniversary of MOWITAL® marks a significant milestone in the history of the company, which has been shaped by the continuous commitment and loyalty of its employees over the decades. At the celebration, plant manager Thomas Meyer expressly thanked every single colleague who has actively contributed to the successful transformation. The anniversary event also offered a look back at the company's significant progress, particularly in the areas of digitalization and modern laboratory and production technology. As part of the celebrations, several long-serving employees had their say, sharing their personal experiences and their changing roles within the company. These stories highlight the positive working atmosphere and open interaction, which is seen as key to high employee satisfaction and long-term success.

The event also demonstrated a willingness to nurture new talent and drive innovation in order to remain competitive in the market. Overall, the anniversary was not only a celebration of the past, but also a look forward to a promising future.
